Return & Exchange Policy

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. 

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Digital products or downloads

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@amners.co​ or head to our contact us page here, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address provided from us. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several additional days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return as outlined above, then place a new order for the replacement item.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges, but we can help guide you through the return process and reordering steps.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@amners.co​ or head to our contact us page here, with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a free return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Late Returns

  • Returns outside of the 14-day return window will not be accepted unless the item is damaged or defective.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to stop the shipment once it has been processed. If the order has already shipped, you may follow the standard return process upon receiving the item.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs. These include:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 4-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivered in 1-2 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as the destination address.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50.

  • Free express shipping is available for orders over £150.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking information.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you need to make changes to your address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team, here, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring you receive your products in good condition.

8. Shipping Delays

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, we encourage you to reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number for further updates. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us, and we will try to assist in resolving the issue, but we cannot guarantee expedited or alternate delivery for delayed shipments.

9. Lost or Misrouted Orders​

  • In the rare event that an order is lost or misrouted, please notify us immediately, here. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to investigate the issue. However, once the order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after the delivery.

10. Shipping Liability Disclaimer​

  • While we take every measure to ensure a smooth shipping process, delays, lost, or misrouted orders caused by third-party shipping carriers are outside of our control, and we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from these circumstances. Additionally, we are not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by the customer due to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders, including but not limited to expedited shipping fees, storage costs, or any other related expenses.
